Quinoa Oatmeal*
Ingredients :
4 cups water
1/2cup quinoa
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup steel-cut oats
1/2 cup almond milk
+
1 spoon of chia seed
Method
1. Prepared heated up the water until boiling





Once it is boiling, turn down the heat on the pot and let it simmer uncovered. It cooks for 10-15mins


Put chai seed and frozen fruits too.



Review
I made mistake about I didn’t cook the quinoa perfectly, I thought it was already cooked. Cause, the Oat was too small and very thin. So I didn’t think it was good combination. So, I re-made quinoa only for next breakfast.
And I searched more information about quinoa , Re-make only quinoa
1/2 cups of Quinoa and 1 1/2 cups of water
