    완전깔끔하고맛있음. 

    에피1. 조금끈적한감이있었음. 약간 유과같은

    2 타르트 향이더강해서

    3. 전체적으로 부스러기가많아 깔끔한 에피는아니였던느낌 (세가지가 같이나왔다)

    당근 덩어리. 생선조가리. 당근 얼린거 갈아서 . 세이지등등을 넣었다. 당근비린내가좀나는거같튼데 맛있네...당근밭임 좀짬

    Surf clam with salsify and avocado perfumed with kaffir lime leaves

    아보카도. 클램. . 양파 피클. 그린오일다좋은데 조개에서 돌씹힘.. 간은적당하고 조개도 적당히익은거같다

    Jerusalem artichokes with sunflower, trout roe and warm sea lettuce butter

    마늘튀긴거랑. 연어알. 차유더라는뭐랑. 버섯이랑크림소스밑에너무짠거랑 아자꾸 버섯에서도 돌이씹힘. 이런게 자주되면 이미지가안졸은듯.열심히씻어야겟다 안에있는거는 새우살인거같은데 잘모르겠다. 양파 인거같기도 하고.

    애그욕. 크림소스. 튀긴뭐랑 같이 나온 차이브 다진것 올리고코쳐번이라는 빵이랑 홈메이드 버터가 같이나옴.  스프에다가 애그욕널으니까  깊은맛늘주는듯

    이빵운 신기하게 찐거같으면서도 튀긴거같은 식감을줬다. 이스트를많이넣어서그런지 신내가많이남 . 오븐에서 낮은온도로 계속구워주는듯. 버터바른뒤

    생선이덜익은거같은데생선은도미  버섯은2개나오는데 하나는 양송이 하나는 다른건데 모르겟음.포틀리니?

    도미는 찐거같다 근데속이좀덜익은거같다  육수는 비프육수

    티타임이라고 머쉬룸 쥬스를준다. 짜다. 화이트머쉬룸이란다  콘소매같은느낌인데 버섯육슈를 낸거같다..

    소고기부위중에서 닭똥집 갘은 부위가있나그런부위를먹었음.향이비슷함그리고 립아이는정말적당히익었고 프라시카 라는어쩌규가있다는데 그게고기파트이름인지는모르겠다녹차가루같은 초록색가루가 묻어져있음

    카우밀크치즈 버터크레커고타치즈랑 부드러운치즈랑 섞은거같은데 크레커가 넘짜서 치즈까지더짜버렷다...크레커는그대로해도됫을텐데

    다쿠아즈. 무스래몬. 소베

    래몬무스 엄청강함. 다쿠아즈는 엄청 쫄깃하고 케이크모양이여서 좀신선한듯?근데이게 보관하기나 배분하기나 만들기는쉬운듯

    캐비어. 연유. 소프트아이스크림. 쌀튀김 같은거 올림.  캐비어를마지막에써서  놀랬믄데 사실 이거는 별로효과가없다.

    Coconut tart, Mandarin pate de fruit , Hazelnut coffee cookie

    코코넛타르타르 평범, 레몬 잴리. 유와개강함. 쌤, 커피랑 초콜렛 환상의조화.

     

    서비스 고급스러움. 쉐프는성갈이있나봄 주방분위기가별로임ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 초파리가너무날아다닌다   ... 단내가나나보다


    진심 이때쯤 되니까 긴장도 풀렸고 어느정도 적응이 되었던 것같다... 표현하는 투좀 보소...
